Malaysian property is a website made to showcase Malaysia's real estate and properties. the design of this site is simple but managed to become somehow user-friendly, well it looked like your typical blog site so browsing won't be a hassle.

the layout is definitely simple yet effective for people who visited for the sake of discovering real estate. the navigation is not complicated as the buttons are aligned at the top of the page.

registration

registering is a breeze, you only need to filled in important data like username and e-mail address, after registering user are provided with their own personal page, the personal page is used for properties advertisement.

on the first page you can see the featured properties which includes the thumbnails of each properties, quite handy in case you just want to browse and hope something will catch your eye.

at the right there's a top users list, it's a list which enlisted the top user of this site. this can come in handy when you want to contact other users for queries .

other than that, there are lists for the top properties, photos and ad. a lists of tags are also available to make life simpler.

after registering, users can search for any property by either typing in the search box or browsing in the property page. each item listed is provided with pictures and some user even show the blueprint of the building. it's not only limited to houses, other property like factory for example is also included. each ad is tagged with labels so searching have been made easy.

under classifieds, users are able to advertised their properties for sale, each properties is rated with the number of stars. this site provide advertisement from as low as RM5, just check out the advertisement package link...

besides that, they have a page just for photo. so user can have visual idea about the properties they're interested in

however, most of the properties enlisted here are only those from the west malaysia, hopefully users from the east can joined the site as well.

Overall, it's a user-friendly site. this is just a site for showcasing real estate and properties, so any transaction that involved negotiation i think can be handle out of this site... hopefully that type of feature will be available soon.
