How to use Firefox's Adblocker to make forums run faster

I am so sick of these new forums. If you have firefox, and adblocker, add the following block rules and the forums load much, much, much faster.

|http://webassets.scea.com/ucm/groups/public/documents/webasset/ps_mainnav.swf

Once these are blocked the forums should load faster in firefox.
