Home says: FUCK YOU CANADA (Again)

In the past we have made effort to expose Home's bias towards the Canadian people. I think We've done it once or twice.... or three, four, maybe five times.

Well it's time for another episode of:

HOME HATES CANADA!

Over the last 24 hours I've gotten four emails from Canadians about their Canadian based topics being removed. In this time of World Cup, it's a possibility someone over there is a bit bias towards the threat to American spirit. First there was this topic, Canada's Top Avatar. This is in the long line of folks who have created these types of topics, however only the Canadian one has been closed. Then there was the "O Canada Dance Party" which was shoveled off to the Clubs & Events graveyard. Then there's this topic. Oh, and this topic. Honestly I could post links all day, but I think the point has been driven.

This is especially insulting to the top half of North America due to the fact that CANADIANS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN HOME EVENTS OR CONTESTS. Please, if you have an example of this constant Canadian bias, please email us to let us know.

Poor Frog Canadians (Part #2)

A day or so back I posted about Canadians losing their items. I stated the following:

And after looking into my crystal ball, the topic has been moved by shungokusatsu to the Home Tech Support Graveyard. Our sympathy goes out to the poster of the topic. It's unfair that they refuse to help you. If we ever figure out a way to help you, we'll shoot you a message. Best of luck.

Poor Frog Canadians!

After being randomly switched to the Europe server, many of the French Canadians got really irritated. Rightfully so. Now they are coming back from their visit to the Old World, and it seems they left some stuff behind.

Since last week, all French Canadian users of Home got "free vacation" to Europe. We got all redirected to European servers of Home by error...

Today the problem got resolved, but there is another one!
Many clothes and prizes that I had unlocked in the past are missing for me now. It looks like that I have lost all my Theater Prize and Special Event Prize...

According to Glasswalls @ 12:07 today, Our French Canadian friends will be coming home from their "deportation." I'd like to thank GlassWalls for actually keeping us in the loop. He also did this recently with the Waterfall Terrace furniture. I'd like to go on record as stating I don't feel the staff is the enemy, I just heavily disagree how they function/malfunction. I'm not only here to take a dump on them, I'm here to push for the little guys. As for GlassWalls, thanks for keeping us updated. In the future I'd request of you to at least acknowledge that you've received complaints. Otherwise the entire community as a whole is stuck being ignorant. If history teaches anything, ignorance breeds hostility.

Quebec users remain unanswered

Recently, all users from Quebec, Canada are being directed to the EU servers. Sadly, when I started home I wish I had so I didn't have to deal with the embarrassment that is Home Staff for North America. However, if you've been on a server for a long time, and all your friends are there, it can be a real irritation to have to start all over.

Literally more then half of the posts in the first page of the Support forum are related to this. Here are some of them:

MAJOR PROBLEM: Quebec Users Redirected to Euro Servers, Canadian users pls try the phone. U will find absolutely NO help here from Sony, redirection problems to europe. moderator where are u???, user from quebec redirect to european server, quebec users redirected: FIX!, PLEASE FIX THE PROBLEM THAT FRENCH CANADIAN ARE REDIRECTED TO EUROPEAN SERVERS, SONY, PLEASE FIX THE BUG - QC USERS REDIRECTED TO EU, CAN SONY PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT QUEBEC USERS REDIRECTING TO EU SERVERS ?, and on and on.

But the main questions I see are these: WHERE ARE THE MODS, WHERE IS THE COMMUNICATION. Put down the Taco Bell, and answer some questions. As for my French Canadian friends, Lâche pas la patate!
