Banned, well maybe this one is just

Although it does suck to be banned from anywhere for any reason, I'll assume this guy had it coming because he just kept spam-complaining. However, it did raise a good point, what can you be banned for? What are the bannable offenses on home? for that we turn to the PlayStation®Home Open Beta Agreement:

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel the Open Beta or your access to the Open Beta at any time at our sole discretion.

Roughly translated, anything. They can ban you for: Having red hair, being gay, being straight, liking the show "Friends," speaking Spanish, Speaking English, Having a name beginning with the letter S, being a fan of Coldplay, (This one I can understand) enjoying fish, wearing a hat made of fish, owning a Xbox 360, owning a Nintendo WII, owning a Playstation 3, dancing with trained animals, having extra fingers, using post-it notes, etc.

After you spend money on Home, with it's current agreement, you pretty much have given them the green light to boot you off Home for any reason at any time, without any refund. Suckers.
