First Missing Item Report

First report of a missing item for 1/28/10 update:

Today I bought the Gem Dress from the Costumes shop in the mall. I didn't buy the whole set, as I just wanted the dress really. It's kind of an 80's style purple dress with green straps I think. I've been able to preview it from the store, however the dress hasn't shown up on my inventory yet. I've tried logging out and back in and whatever else but nothing seems to have worked. And apparently the dress itself is bugged and no one has it in their inventory yet (correct me if I'm wrong). Hopefully this gets fixed soon, as it was a really cute dress and probably my favorite item from the update today.

Second post, same issue:

I purchased the new Gem Dress from Costumes today and it does not show up in my inventory. I checked under Torso and Legs, and it's not there. I hope this get fixed asap.

Update fail!

According to this post on the Home forums:

The latest blog post mentioned other sportswear items (besides the NCAA jerseys), and if you go to the PDA and select the Latest Update, you will see that for today's update we were also supposed to get Sports Costumes (Cheerleader, Hunter, Ice Skater, Sky Diver, etc...), as well as Sailor and Fighter Pilot Costumes. I suppose there was a problem with them and they could not make it in this update? Some clarification would be nice. Thanks.

I thought maybe this was a mistake, since all that came out in the last update was a really crappy Assassins' Creed 2 guard outfit. But then Someone was nice enough to post the following image in the same topic:


Needless to say, there was some severe failure thanks to the Home Staff. Hopefully this will be resolved soon.

First of all, I love this update and I think its a great way to start off 2010. However, please tell me where's the "+ Loads More!". Because clearly the only other thing that was in this update but missing from that heading are the Assassin's Creed 2 items. And we really all know that the Assassin's Creed 2 items, in no way, shape, or form constitute as "+ Loads More".

It seems that misrepresentation has become common via the HCM. I hope they will answer this post rather then lock it. (At this time they have not answered nor locked said topic)
