The fitness fanatics headed off for a long workout session in New York yesterday and if the actress' loving look was any indication, the pair are stronger than ever.
The 38-year-old showed off her ultra-toned thighs in tight workout leggings while Rodriguez, 35, wore baggy gym gear.
Just last week the Charlie's Angels star was flaunting the results of her intestnse fitiness sessions as she picked up an award at the annual CinemaCon convention in Las Vegas.
Although Diaz has always had a boyish figure and been very toned, her arm muscles looked bigger than ever.
Her workouts have possibly been influenced by Rodriguez, who's ex-wife Cynthia and former flame Madonna both had well-toned biceps.

They looked at a large mansion currently being built on North Bay Road which is an upscale and wealthy enclave that would give them several celebrity neighbours.
Cameron is currently promoting her new movie Bad Teacher where she stars as a foul-mouthed, money-hungry teacher who goes to extreme lengths to try and win the affections of a new teacher - whom her colleague is already dating.
The film co-stars her ex-boyfriend Justin Timberlake and will be released later this year.
