Brad Pitt's name has been in the recent headline news due to speculation, talk, and rumor that the celebrity is considering running for Mayor of New Orleans.

Pitt has been slowly but surely eliminating his chances at winning the political race in the United States by buying a large estate in the South of France and spending more time at the European estate with family and girlfriend Angelina Jolie than back at home in America.

Andy Warhol Paintings STOLEN! Celebrity faces involved in scandal at LA home

Sad news today for artists and fans of the art world. It seems a sizable collection of Andy Warhol paintings have been stolen from an upscale neighborhood estate in Los Angeles, leaving the home owner distraught about the break-in and loss of personal property.

The paintings, based on screen prints portraits done of famous professional sports heroes and international celebrities like Boxer Muhammad Ali, Tennis star Chris Evert, and Golfer Jack Nicklaus, are both rare and valuable.

How much was the collectible art and celebrity memorabilia worth? Apparently enough to inspire the crime of breaking and entering, followed by grand theft (both crimes carrying long jail terms for anyone named and proved guilty as the culprit) -- and for owners of the famous personal property to offer up a hefty million $ reward for safe return of the keepsakes [known to be investment-grade artifacts].

Michael Jackson never wanted to return to Neverland Ranch. He's been repeatedly quoted as saying so to credible sources and reporters. Now that he's dead, his family is split about where to bury him -- should he be give a memorial plot at Forrest Lawn cemetery, taken back to Neverland where the location could become a tourist destination, roadside attraction, and celebrity shrine -- or, one better... could the family purchase Michael Jackson's dream home estate just outside Las Vegas and erect a burial monument there where the star's ghost could relax in the afterlife in a place with no bad memories and a convenient location to visit other celebrities (alive or dead) who have ongong acts at local Vegas reviews?

MICHAEL JACKSON SOUGHT TO CREATE WONDERLAND AS REPLACEMENT HOME FOR NEVERLAND

The details of the scoop about the Wonderland Estate and Michael Jackson's home shopping experience are being released slowly but surely. According to Splash News, "Michael Jackson desperately wanted to buy a sprawling Las Vegas estate that he planned to call 'Wonderland', it has been claimed. The cash-strapped singer is said to have fallen in love with the 10-acre property, which boasts secret tunnels, a 20-car garage and a waterfall in the garden."



However, rumor circulating through the real estate offices in the neighborhoods back then indicated Jackson couldn't yet afford the $25 million property's high market value price tag. According to the report, MJ he hoped his comeback gigs at London's 02 Arena would leave him with enough cash to snap it up - after he abandoned his beloved Californian Neverland ranch.



In a feature interview, real estate agent Zar Zanganeh, the person who actually took Michael Jackson on a tour of the ultra-luxe Vegas grand palace-like home said: "He loved it. He said he could do anything he wanted there, like in Neverland." Zanganeh added he gave Jacko and his children a tour of the 10-bedroom, 19-bathroom home in 2007. He said that his kids, Prince Michael, 12, Paris, 11 and Blanket seven, were especially fond of the 1,000-square-foot secret play area tucked under the waterfall.














According to the real estate files from and about the house's previous residents, the play space was built by the owner, casino developer Gary Primm, for his own children.



If you want to know more about the house itself, here's the amenities specs from SPLASH's Gavin Wilson, celebrity news writer: The house also features a cinema, an indoor pool and a barber's chair in the master bedroom, as well as a horse stable and an air-conditioned "doggie hotel." There are also two underground tunnels - one leading to the garage and the other to a shooting range that Jackson hoped to convert into a music studio.

While it is true that the Neverland home featured many nude figures in it's art permanently affixed collection (as indoor paintings, freezes and wall art carvings, and outdoor sculptures of both male and female images in various states of full nudity or partially undressed), none look more graphic or prophetic a scene as the one shown here in the picture of the gold gilded frame painting of a famous political historical figure celebrity deathbed scene seen to the left.

The painting's title? "Cleopatra's Last Moments". The "high end collectible items only" auction house disclosure where Michael Jackson first bought the art described it as follows:

When the Neverland Ranch items were scheduled to go up for auction back when the star was struggling financially and losing the home, this painting was included as one to be sold off on the aution block, with an appraisal estimated value of $30,000 - $50,000.

When Michael Jackson's last moments came true as an unexpected and early death, he, too, was bed ridden and surrounded by people who knew him intimately but were of questionable judgment and unable to protect him from death. Odd coincidence or early prediction? We don't know. But whatever the case, the Cleopatra storyline painting as a memorabilia artifact once owned by Michael Jackson and displayed in his personal home at Neverland in sunny California is certainly worth discussion and a public feature show.

With controversy about the Jackson surviving family members entrenched in debate over where to bury Michael Jackson's body, we have a suggestion for an easy solution.

The MJ memorial problem is this: MJ sold Neverland Ranch and the current owners and neighbors do not want the Jackson family or devoted fans of the pop star in the neighborhood. MJ expressed while he was alive that he never wanted to return to the estate again due to the celebridy sex scandal and accusations involving homosexual activity and child molestation. Father Joe Jackson and several of the Jackson family kids want to purchase Neverland back and create an Elvis "Graceland" style estate where they can bury the pop star and his fans can come to pay graveside tribute. Other more caring relatives not in the stars life just for the celebrity fame and luxury lifestyle cash want MJ to be buried at Forrest Lawn Estates, a celebrity burial ground that offers serene afterlife protection from emotional distress for the deceased star -- especially if the ghost of Michael Jackson as a Peter Pan shadow is already reported to be stuck hanging around and haunting Neverland Ranch.

The solution that could work for all involved: If the Jackson Estate pulled together a group of investors and could rally the $25m to purchase the luxury Nevada estate and actually formally named the place "Wonderland", they could create a place where Michael Jackson's ghost could haunt where he could also easily entertain. Located just outside the popular tourist attraction Las Vegas, the home would have been a natural place for an aging Jackson to raise his family in private while scooting into the city to do a little weekly entertainment or night shows (like so many stars in the past have done while staying active in the mild warm climate though years they would have otherwise been in retirement). Now, however, the lot offers location, location, location -- and the space the Jackson family would need to create a shrine to the superstar that would be easy for visitors to access even on a quick gambling jaunt weekend to the Vegas strip -- and they would not be bothering the disgruntled Cali neighbors. Even better, with no lingering bad memories and wonder story leftovers about, "I wonder if he molested kids HERE in this room", "Did he sleep with kids in the bed here?", or HIStory rumors, the new estate would offer a bedrock version of a clean slate estate.
