On Friday ,Melissa Etheridge went to the court in order to file a suit for legally ended up her relationship with Tammy Lynn Michaels,looking for joint custody of their 3-year-old twins.This popular singer told that unavoidable differences and requested the court not to award Michale financial support in a Petition for Dissolution of Domestic Partnership filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court.In August 2005, both Etheridge and Michaels had registered as domestic partners. Last year,they ended up their nearly nine-year relationship.In 2006, Michaels gave birth a son Miller and daughter Johnnie.While,in April,the pair announced their split Michaels said that the split was not mutually done,but on the other hand,Etheridge's told the opposite thing.
